By using any Bezide product you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

We process data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India and applicable data protection laws.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Account & profile data

When you create a Bezide account: full name, email address, phone number, profile photo (optional), and password (hashed — we never store it in plain text).

2.2 Host-specific data

Hosts additionally provide: business name, property details, pricing, photos, address and geo-coordinates, government-issued identity documents for KYC verification, bank account details for payouts, and emergency contact information.

2.3 Booking & payment data

Check-in/check-out dates, guest count, special requests, and booking history. Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay — we do not store raw card numbers or UPI credentials. We retain transaction IDs, amounts, and status for accounting and dispute resolution.

2.4 Location data

On the mobile apps, we request your approximate or precise location only while the app is in use(foreground only) to show nearby stays and suggest your city. We do not track your location in the background or when the app is closed.

2.5 Device & usage data

Device model, OS version, app version, crash reports, and page-view analytics to help us fix bugs and improve the product. We use this data in aggregate and do not sell it.

2.6 Communications

Messages you send to our support team, review text you write, and any offline booking notes.

2.7 Push notification tokens

When you allow push notifications on iOS or Android, we store your device's FCM/APNs token to send booking confirmations and important updates. You can withdraw permission at any time in your device settings.
